Team Discovery Process for any issue currently facing your organisation.
We take your team of five key players through a thorough investigation of the project they are tasked with. They will work together to brainstorm and reach the solution to your problem.
Our process redefines the problem and ensures a fair and fullsome examination to reach a resolution.

Is there anything we need to do to prepare?
Just one thing: When your booking has been confirmed each participant will receive the Workshop Manual. We recommend that the team familiarises themselves with the contents before your workshop Day.
How long will it take?
The five active workshop participants will each have 15-20 minutes for their focus point. Any passive onlookers may be invited to collaborate – if appropriate – at times.
Generally speaking, the total time for the Small Group Direction Workshop is two and a half hours. This can be extended.
– Zoom workshops are held over a morning or afternoon session lasting 2.5 hours
– In person Workshops are held from 9 am to 11:30 pm OR 1 pm to 3:30pm
Is our discussion treated as confidential?
Yes. Our felicitators will formally agree to respect the business privacy at all times.
Your corporate confidentiality agreements will be your responsibility.
Do you offer any follow-up?
A full written precis of the workshop will be provided for management. In addition there will be a one hour follow up session one week after the workshop for the active attendees to be debriefed. The Company Director is requested to attend.
